junker blues, i believe.

tnjed just about summed it up. it was a fun night in Atlanta. The Little 5 Points halloween parade was an interesting sight for some of those going to the variety playhouse, but I think that the parade definitely attracted some paradegoers. That said, it was one of the most crowded shows at the variety playhouse that i had ever been to. I think the band was even kind of impressed with the crowd. It was standing room only - some of my friends even had to sneak in the back!

As you can see, the first set was more older stuff and the second set was more new stuff. Highlights were the encore Walk of Life, Gil in general, and the Braves themed intros. And, it was good to see Libby and Rodge. Have a safe trip back.

Man, GWrap is as cool as Freddie Jackson drinking a milkshake in a snow storm to keep his throat warm. You and your gal were some cool people.

Man, I have no clue what I was thinking when I ate that egg sandwich from the Vortex and having all those ciders in me. haha! I'm a featherweight, thats for sure.

I'll upload my friends photos of the crazy ass halloween parade once he floats them my way.

Great Old Crow show! Gill being there was a very cool surprise. Wish I could have talked to him afterwards but ah. The band is living like fat cats now. They got a pretty sweet bus nowadays.

Good times had by all!

Yes it was quite a good representation from the OldCrowFans. I got to meet our founder, Libby, and our guru, Rodge. All of you on the website will be happy to hear that Libby, Rodge, and I were the first ones into the show and staked out the front row for the entire show. Talk about dedication. Was there any question?

We'll all have to meet up again sometime. The next date that I am going to try to make is the show in Memphis in Nov. (I doubt Libby will be able to make that one!)

Good times had by all, but now the weekend is just a memory and work isn't. I wish it were the other way around!

..also it was pretty funny that they played Hey Ya on the radio on the car ride home. You can't come to ATL without shaking your polaroid picture!

Like I said, the Halloween Parade was nutzo. My friend, Rob, took all these pics. Too bad he couldn't bring his nice camera into the venue.
