| I'm sorry I missed the show! I hope everything went well. I was planning on coming up, but my friend's birthday was this weekend and we all went out on Saturday for that. We had to stay close to home because her best friend flew in for FL as a surprise and we had to arrange a meeting with her. Keep me posted and I will try to make it next time! |

It was a pretty challenging show. It was our first time using our PA system and still wasnt loud enough to be over those loud kids talking and playing slap jack in front of us. Sheesh! It was a free show and we had alot o people there. Jake forgot his fiddle at the house and his pappy went and got it.. so quick in fact that we didn't even have to change the playlist, haha. Way to go, Johnny Bench! Oh Buggin's string on his washtub bass broke in the middle of the set too... he pulled a Willie and had that mug restrung in no time. Heck, thinking back on it... it was sorta a disaster but it didnt really phase us too bad... so thats part of it.
