We have a used music store here in town called Phonoluxe. I was in there yesterday and noticed for the 2nd time 3 OCMS studio cds behind the counter. All of which are Greetings from WaWa, Eutaw and OCMS Live. They are all at least 75 dollars and up. I believe the Wawa cd was maybe 150. One of them is autographed as well.
They put out of print stickers on each of the cds. I took great pleasure in not telling them that the 2 out of the 3 are not out of print. I want to see how long those cds stay up on the wall. So far, they have been sitting there for at least 4 months (that i know of).

But if money isn't of any limit for you...go ahead and buy!

You are funny my dear! I have nothing to do with Phonoluxe. I know there are some people who are out there who would be willing to pay that. I myself would not.

I'd spend a lil for Wawa, but I got the others of the website for regular price. How can you charge $75 for a CD that's readily available for $15?!?

Funny thing about it is this, I dabble in record sales a bit and have seen albums by Elvis and The Beatles, on fan club sites selling for $1000 while all circulations , price guides and dealers sell the same pressing same album for $100. I often wonder how many $100 albums these "niche dealers" actually sell for $1000. A sucker born every minute.

I saw a brand new reissued copy of Ryan Adams - Gold on vinyl behind the counter at Phonoluxe for like $75. It goes for about $15 anywhere else. They are ridiculous on their prices sometimes.
