Hey I might be able to make it to Nashville after all. Does anyone have extras? 1 or 2 either night.

The funny thing is - our brains (not brians) automatically correct all of that for us because we know what is should be. Take a sharp eye, or maybe a slow reader, to pick up on stuff like that! Crazy stuff!!

That is true. A guy in my office sent out something once where almost every word was was misspelled. The right letters were there, but only the first and last ones were in the right order. I had to read it only slightly slower than normal speed, but it wasn't difficult.

its sorta a myth though....
example: rscheearch ...why are there 2 H's? to help u recognize the word fast. research has only one H in reality. still its funny.

see Rscheearch Shmecsearch

from some chick's blog:

"I really don’t like when people misspell words. not the type that can be easily misspelled (like weird ~ wierd) but words like 'than'.. countless of times i’ve seen people type 'then' when they mean 'than'. for some reason it pisses me off. being english my second language i always try to make sure to have a good spelling and grammar, if im not sure how to spell a word i look it up, pisses me off when someone whose first language is english makes that type of misspelling."

I hadn't read the previous posts in this thread but when I went directly to indeed's post...I read it without even really noticing how jumbled up the letters were....I just chalked it up to "Thats ol' indeed"....Guess it is true...jumbled letters and all and I still read it no problem...

Don't fret jason. Last time guys were outside selling tickets for pretty reasonable prices. It's definitely worth the trip. The beer lines at the Ryman are kind of a pain though.
