Well, I guess Ketch wasn't the only person being a wee bit convoluted.
But seriously yall, did you miss the part where I wished for once a member of one of my favorite bands WASN'T a liberal?
I was agreeing that Ketch's sentiments were dubious and cloudy, but not that he was going straight up YOU NON-OBAMA VOTING RACIST.
I'm a pissed of libertarian here. Tucky and Kitty can vouch for the political madness I spout on the facebook.
Damn okie, pardon me for not being as clear as I could be, but "that is too bad, you are probably the same person that would much rather have the 1st amendments repealed instead of talking with someone who disagrees with you" is a mean old thing to say. I spend my damn life arguing politics. I'm pissed about Prop 8 and Ruby Ridge. I'm fond of the first and second amendments, and most other ones beside the 16th and the 18th.
Okay? Just don't jump the gun until you ask me what I meant. No offensive to any liberals here, but don't insult ME and act like I'm some authoritarian. |

I'm pretty sure she was trying to say she didn't have patience for people who think 'i voted for barack, and i HOPE obama can CHANGE country music back to what it used to be, and if YOU didnt vote for obama then you are racist... 'AND she didn't feel like that's what Ketch was saying anyway.
I don't think her lack of patience was caused by Okie's attitude.
I could be wrong but that's how I took her post.
Thanks for reading me properly. |

I don't swear oaths frequently, but I can certainly vouch for you, Lucy. I think everyone's on the same page now. A little mis-reading and no feelings truly hurt... Alright, y'all go back to your game of bash the Ketcham pinata. |

But Tuuuuucky, he said I didn't like the first amendment!
Oh alright. Thanks for vouching for me.
Yeah, old Ketch is usually better in interviews than that. No question. |

From the boys' Web site:
Videos of Old Crow performing 'Minglewood Blues' and 'Wagon Wheel' from the 2010 Coachella Music Festival are now online at www.facebook.com/5Gum. You can search by artist in the bottom right hand corner. Artists are listed alphabetically. You will need a Facebook account to watch the videos.
What's with all this Facebook stuff anyway? Phooey. |

Not just a facebook account:

Geez, Such Vitrolic words about Obama. Personally. I Think the Two party system is Crap and Crap Lite, but, Where were The Obama haters when Cheney's Puppet was WRECKING THE PLACE? Got WMDs? didn't think so. That crime against Humanity in Iraq Costs something like a Billion Dollars a week, for 7 years now (!!!) and counting ... and it is NOT Revisionist History to state that anyone who cared enough to know, KNEW There were no WMDS, before March 2003!! Where would our Social Security be if Bush had succeeded in putting it in the Market? What the hell happened with Hurricane Katrina, They spent the better part of 2 days trying to paint the residents of New Orleans as Criminals, rather than helping them.
I really can't stand Hard Line Conservatives, Your Fury about Healthcare Reform when all the EVIL $hit Bush did didn't bother you in the least ?
Immoral Cruel Gits!!!
FYI, You are not the Majority, no matter what Limbaugh and Faux tell you. |

WTF is up with this, dude? You've resurrected a thread that ended 2 months ago and had already moved past your bone of contention. Then you talk about OTHERS' vitriol and end with the most scathing comments posted in the thread! Did somebody crap in your Cheerios last nite or what?
Seriously man- take a pill or something... |

No, no, Rod. Always a choice.
As my 92 year old Grandma tells the joke, "I don't vote. It only encourages them."
Ain't a joke in my book. (None of the Above is definitely my president.)
And man, Chigger had it right in response to mister auto-Democrat up there. But some of us were definitely cranky under Bush and just as cranky under Obama (but possibly more so, if only because the change in certain liberal friends got a little creepy.)
And by this I mean, yeah. Coachella. Carry on. |
