I have two recordings and they are kinda rough...they are part of the bed room sessions

Simple Melody and My Song but those aren't "official" or anything...

i mess up a couple times while playing the instruments, im just trying to lay down a foundation right now so you could call this a rough draft.

They're strong melodic pieces. Good stuff. I like seeing the visual of the audio - that's a cool idea.

This is a song I wrote earlier today. Please read or strum along and give a critique if you'd like. Maybe I'll have a recorded version up here in a few.

"Eesome & Dulcet" by Michael Hirsch

G---------------C--------G
Just like the missippi delta
G----C----------------------G
will you spread your legs for me?
G---C----------------------G
we can reminisce in romance
G----C--------------------G
while our futures come to be

-------------Am------------C
When the day closed its eyes
--Am----------C---------G
the night did whisper free

like the moon upon your belly
will you lay your head with me
Till the suns no longer shy
and the night hardly free

when first light opens lilies
Spillin' countless pollen to the bees

They make their honey for the man
and all on earth who will be
like the cracks of the canyons
within it a river's dirty blee

(Harmonica Solo) & (Banjo?)

Only one can make this judgment
But no judge is convicting me
Because we dance and sing our song
Only naked eyes can see

Your voice passing through the trees
If only we can stand to dance

In the deserts deathly heat
Whith you hand in my hand
Time will pass us
like the waves
crashin on Copa beach

And if you jump I hope I catch you
falling deeper into sleep

Oh in the morning when it comes
you bring the rain and the sun (dont shine)
Only virgin hearts can weep
these tears of virgin blood

Railless is a banjo number I've been working up for a few months now and feel content enough with its current being to post a record of it here.

Hope ya'll enjoy!

The link seems broke for Simple Melody. I like My (unnamed) Song... I think you should consider adding words. Keep up the good work.

Hey thanks! I've actually written words for that one but I think I've either forgotten them or misplaced them. Uh oh.

One of my newest record-book entries.

"This is a song about tragedy"

Sweet June
