Show was a blast last night!!! I thought it took a few songs before the band really got cooking, but when they did...wow. Good times.
Set list was standard for this tour, but they did work in an excellent cover of the Randy Newman song "Birmingham" that really got the place rocking. Gill sang that one and it was just one of those moments that we are all so lucky to catch with these guys.
I do miss Willie, but I think when Chance really gets more into the action, he will be an outstanding addition to the band. Can't wait for the next tour!!! |
