They're a young band from Co. Sligo, Ireland. I saw them when they were playing at the Sligo Live festival last year. I enjoyed their set, and they're good musicians, but were just lacking that wee bit of something for me.
But they're still very young and it feels to me like they are still looking for their own sound.
From the same sessions, a band I very much enjoyed is Old Hannah. Great voices, tight harmonies and great playing. They're also from Sligo (and Dublin), and I'm very much hoping I'll get the chance to see them play again some time soon. |
