Thanks, Sukiebelle. This is what those of us with non booked faces have been waiting for.
I see a Monday in Mariposa. It's only two hours.

I found a treasure trove.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suvbUE1TOos
Blackwing Sessions. The red bearded guy next to Willie is my friend
Willie Tea Taylor, a find songwriter and singer on his own and with
Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit. Now I know why Willie is playing down
by the river in Knights Ferry next Saturday.

This could be the start of a beautiful thing. Wink

The guy to the right of Willie is Andrew Combs. Another fine Americana/Alt-Country/Folk/Whatever-hell-this-genre-is songwriter.

More like an hour and forty minutes to get there, and well worth it.
It was a little hole in the wall bar chock full of semi hippie mountain folk
and we had a blast. From the High Dice opener to a full room sing along
We're All In This Together encore, with many great moments along the way.

Very jealous. He up there by himself or did he have a few pickers with him?

There was no up, he was over there in the corner by himself,
playing guitar, banjo, and some harmonica. He can sing a little, too.

Anyone else curious about the sold out show in NYC on Sept 29. Willie is scheduled to play so is DRM, Gillian and Mumford. I wonder who will be part of the machine? Will this be the first time since the split Willie plays with his old band mates? Or will he be watching DRM? It has had me wonderin for a good piece.

One of my pictures is up in the gallery on his site. I'm excited to be seeing him in a few weeks! His selection of states is fine by me!
