The Ryman show last night was fantastic. I'm really looking forward to the Hartland tonight as well. Sounds like we'll be able to look forward to some collaborative music! |

Rodge, where have you been?!?
Willie gave one of his best performances of "Hills of Mexico", and I love hearing the guys play "Birmingham Mill". |

Willie's parts were phenomenal. All the rest of it gave me embarrassment sweats. It's like Old Crow is now The Wiggles, or something.

Haha. As long as it doesn't bleed into OCMS formal, and stays its own thing, I enjoy the Hartland Hootenanny. And honestly, some of the "All My Tales Are Tall" segments are great, and he's told a few stories from the earlier days of the band that I've never heard elsewhere.
And yes, Willie rejoining them was fantastic. The Ketch-Willie harmonies and Willie's guitar playing are absolutely what this band needs to regain their best-live-band status. I'm still pumped from the Ryman show. |
