<  Questions and Problems  ~  Uploading An Avatar

[/b]So my question is in regards to uploading an avatar. Most of my photos are bigger then the 160 X 160 pixel requirement, so how are the rest of you guys shrinking your images. My images automatically open for editing with Microsoft Paint and I have figured out that you go through the attributes section and then manual enter 160 into the height and width sections but when you do that, it doesn't adjust the image to fit the new size, it just takes a big chunk out of the right side bottom of the photo. I know there has to be a way as most people do have avatars on message boards. Thanks for the help!!!
