May 10 is too late for me. I was hoping they would have it with them in SF April 28.
Right now I'm having trouble thinking beyond tomorrow and saturday night at the Fillmore with the DBTs. |

Ha!
i'd held off buying physical copies of two albums til i saw them in Belfast last year ( i wanted to put the money straight in their pockets) and all they had at the merch table was the old copy of Tonight At The Arizona! And the Roll On Arte 7"
I was amazed! |

Here is a painting I did for their little contest thingy... it is on a piece of cardboard and the (unfortunately uncentered) letters are stickers. I wish I wouldn't have put them on though. I should have added them when processing the photo. Oh. Well.

I didn't even notice. I should take more notice of these things!
That's a tough call Rodge. I couldn't make the decision for myself but I will do my best to help you... All I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed the Diamond Doves. I think they are opening for the Felice Brothers tomorrow. Anyone else playing with Woody? Are the venues close enough to go to both? |

I wish they were closer. One is downtown. The other is in East Nashville. Can't lose with either.
Jake Leg Stompers are opening for Woody. I guess it's gonna come down to who my crew wants to see the most. I'd hate to not say hello to Woody when he is in town. |

Letting the crew decide seems like a good option. |

OK, definitely going to Woody's show. He just gave me a ring on telephone. He's the genuine article. |

Yea man! I can talk to James but the rest of those guys have a look in their eye like they are one moment away stabbing you in the ear with a shiv. |

Maybe you should take the mask off when you speak to them
James is cool. I think he likes people! Ian was mellow and chatting to people when i saw them after the show in Belfast. Is that unusual? |

Dave (the drummer) is super nice! At the Big Surprise in Knoxville, He came out and sat with us for a while during the Dave Rawlings set.
I would go see the Felice Brothers myself..unfortunatley, gas prices are way to high for me to drive to and from Nashville.
Dave didn't call me, but he did send me a text message. |

Really, all them are really cool its just that Ian and Xmas are just not very much conversationalists. haha
Great show last night! Really diggin the new stuff and how different it is. Really dug Farley on the drum machine adding all the claps and high hat samples!! They had a 6 person horn section as well! Wild stuff. They reworked a lot of the favorites as well. Great show. Not a full house but all that were there were into it. Including Gil.
Bolted after Felice Bros and got to Woody's show ... which just finished. Felt like a heel but hung out for a good piece with all those kind folks in E. Nash. Great night, hate missing Woody's show though. |

The Brothers Felice are posting a new song every week for the next five weeks on their website. The first one, 'Among The Missing' is up today.
http://www.thefelicebrothers.com/poughkeepsieprincess/
together they will form an EP called 'Poughkeepsie Princess'. |
