Felice Bros playing Black Cab Sessions. Unbelievable! They take a band, throw them in a small cab in London and record one song, one take. GREAT site!

Here's another video of them backstage at Bonnaroo

Jeez I love music!!!

Saw em last night and dang rocked my bean bags off! haha! Saw ole' Norm there... always great to chat with him. The Felice Bros blew it up, seriously! There was a pretty steady crowd of folks there. I missed the last 2 or 3 songs cause I had to run to CVS to get some migraine medicine which sucked but I really really dug the show as always. I'm telling ya'll. That Louisville show where they are opening for the boys... its gonna be something else, I can feel it. Simone Felice, the drummer, needs to be an actor. He would be an awesome villian... dude is a freak! A bad ace freak at that. Pretty sure it's all theatrics for the show too. Anyway, amazing amazing show! I got alot of good photos as well.

Off to bristol later today, if I can find gas, to go see Hackensaw Boys, Bawn In The Mash, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Robinella and a crap ton more!

Just saw the Felice Brothers for the second time this past weekend. I must say, they have improved ten fold since I saw them last. Outstanding show. You're right Rodge, Simone is a weird dude. My buddy and I were revved up from the beginning, but it took the crowd a little while longer to get there, but they did. A.A. Bondy opened for them and played with them for about half the songs. It's funny, I was a big fan of (Scott) Bondy's band Verbena but they disappeared. Then I learn the singer/guitar player is married to the Felice Brothers' sister and goes by A.A. Bondy now. I recommend him if you guys haven't listened to him yet. Go see this band in a small venue while you can.

I absolutely loved em live and seein em play w/ OCMS was so great too.
Simon on the drums added a great element to the OCMS songs.

I loved it when Willie came on stage during Frankies Gun, playing the tambourine, singing and just a grinnin w/ the Felice boys, yeeeee haaaa!

I am a fan!

Well since I waited in line for F'N EVER for a beer (4 bartenders for 2500 people is not a good ratio)...I only heard their last two songs...I have never heard anything by them before and was VERY VERY impressed! I will be watching for them to come around again, I hate that I missed their entire set!

Next time I'll sneak my own beer in inside my bra or something! Razz

First Off: I really am digging the Felice Brothers right now
Second Off: Never seen um live

Thirdly: They're opening at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC for Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band. Asheville is about an hour away from house and tickets are 23 Bones a piece.

So Felice Brothers fans, is it worth it to go see them on a thursday when I have to be at work at 7:30 the next mornin??
