Man, ya'll aren't going to believe this but I ran into Norm last night at this BMI function they were throwing at the Hilton last night. I asked him about how the new album was coming. He said it wasn't coming out until September or October! That's is freaking forever! He said they are trying alot of new things and may even have some electrified tunes on it. Which for some reason I saw this coming... they seem to be getting much more in the Neil Young realm rather than the Charlie Poole realm. Sheesh, times are ah changing! And to top all that off he said that Don Was convinced them to do a cover of one of his songs for some dumbass childrens album. They are gonna cover that silly ass song Walk the Dinosaur. I seriously about crapped myself when he told me all the hairbrained junk Don Was has them trying! |

unfortunately I have the original "Walk the Dinosaur" on my computer. It was worth a $0.10 download from the russian website, but not much more!
My only memory of "Walk the Dinosaur" was that the cute girl in my 3rd grade class (yes, I was in 3rd grade at the time, you pervs) did a dance routine to that song for the talent show. Ah, grammar school... |

Just as long as it stays on the children's album is fine by me. They should do that how a bill goes through congress song-whatever its called. |

"I'm a Bill." My favorite was "Conjunction Junction." |

How about we re-name this thread "How gullible we all are!"
But, now that Rodge has put it out there, if the boys get a little crazy in Athens, we just might hear a boom, book acka lacka boom boom tease!
Then, who would be able to call "April Fools!"? |
