(I love these lyrics)
(This is how I am playing it. I would love feedback)

Tennessee Pusher

Am
Out on the lonely highway
Em
I'm riding your way
Am............................................Em
Tell your momma to bar the cabin door

Heading out on a short run
Just looking for someone
Who doesn't love me anymore

Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher

Last night in the hollar
I made a thousand dollars
But I couldn't believe just what I saw

You were out in the moonlight
Until the break of daylight
Giving your love to the law

Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher

Climbing up on the mountain
Heartbeat pounding
Reckless as a cyclone

You're the one that am after
But I am a wanted man for
Bringing it all back home

Now there's gunsmoke in the valley
Blood like jelly
As three crows circle a dead tree

One for the lover
One for the pusher
One for the deputy

Tennessee, Tennessee, Tennessee pusher
Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher, Tennessee pusher

I bought an advanced copy a few weeks ago at a used CD store in Atlanta. If you check a few local used cd stores you can usually get any cd a few weeks early. I have a few times over the years. It is a good cd but I like the last one better.

I think that's the way it works, merlin.

Sometimes the Em is played in different positions - try the em shape at the 14th fret leaving the open strings open as it were - ie just two strings held down

also it works to drop from Em to G immediately before the Am

I think you got it though. Cool

Here's the fiddle intro:

I think the double-stops on the last couple measures are meant to sound dissonant when played with the guitar chords. I haven't had a chance to try this on my fiddle yet, but I think it's pretty close. The last chord is held out for several measures.
