I think that is what makes this one fun... I immediately thought of the big yellow guy visiting DC from Sesame Street. Sadly - it was some type of raptor. The 'wildlife expert' called to the scene couldn't identify it. |

I couldn't find any mention of a "wildlife expert" - I kinda wondered what kind of "expert" can't tell the difference between a hawk and a falcon. Kudos to the "passerby" who had the common sense to hold on to the bird lest it hurt itself even more before the firefighters could get it free. |
